Part of the Uber campus and the newly emerging neighborhood of Mission Bay in San Francisco, Uber Mission Bay 1 & 2 utilizes unique design strategies that engage the street and encourage sustainability, such as a unique vertical atrium circulation approach and an innovative operable façade.

The project consists of two Type I high rise commercial office buildings (7 & 12 stories / 440,000 sq. ft.) connected by two pedestrian bridges, and 44,000 sq. ft. of privately owned publicly accessible plaza on four parcels total. The program includes core and shell build out of office space, assembly space, full height atrium circulation space, cafe, ground level lobbies and retail spaces, occupied roof terraces, and a childcare tenant space.
