Edward Tingley

Ed has over 30 years of experience in the design and architecture fields in California, working on commercial and residential projects in the Bay Area, the US, and internationally. His extensive project experience includes commercial buildings and interior tenant improvements, high rises, new residential design and renovations, museum and exhibition lighting design. He is passionate about fully resolving complex challenges, design and business integrity, and serving as a transparent leader and liaison between the client, contractors, consultants, and his team. Ed is well-versed in the strategies and implementation of securing entitlements in the layered structure of permitting agencies in San Francisco.
